The foundations of Ä°NCEKARA KURUYEMÄ°Åž were laid in 1977 by Osman  Ä°NCEKARA, and our company began its journey with the production of traditional “Yellow Roasted Chickpeas”. Over time, we achieved steady growth, and in 1989, we expanded our product range to include the manufacturing of all types of nuts and dried fruits.

With nearly half a century of experience, we continue to produce our founding flavor, “Yellow Roasted Chickpeas,”  with the same care and originality as on the very first day. Taking a significant step toward institutionalization in 1998, our company has continued to strengthen its operations under the umbrella of Ä°NCEKARA KURUYEMÄ°Åž GIDA SAN. VE TÄ°C. LTD. ÅžTÄ°.

Today, in our modern facilities covering 7,200 m² of indoor space located in the Bozburun neighborhood of Denizli, we process raw materials carefully selected directly from producers. With state-of-the-art screening, processing, and roasting machinery, we carry out production for both bulk and packaged product options. Under the supervision of our experienced and expert staff, we take pride in offering our healthy and reliable flavors, produced at the highest hygiene standards, to the palates of our customers both domestically and internationally.
